REGARDING ENTRY TO THE CHATOM TOWN HALL
In an effort to protect the health and safety of the public officials and employees that work within the Chatom Town Hall in the face of the COVID-19 virus, there will be limited access to the Town Hall by members of the public.
- Members of the public are prohibited from entering the Chatom Town Hall to conduct business that can be conducted by telephone or by mail. Examples include, but are not limited to, paying water bills and paying court fines and/or costs. If you have any questions whether the business that you wish to conduct can be handled remotely, please call 251-847-2580. We encourage you to use the night deposit box for dropping off payments. It will be checked daily.
- If you have an emergency that requires contact with a police officer or a court magistrate please call 911 or 251-847-2117.
- Before being permitted entry to the building you will need to call 251-847-2580 or 251-847-2858 and answer questions regarding exposure to the COVID-19 virus.
